Northern sunrise.
It’s so different from the sunrises I’ve seen here in the South.
What a beautiful wonder from God. :)
He never fails to amaze me with His creations.
Photo summary of our trip in La Union!
Woo hooooooo. It was soooo much fun. So many things to be grateful for.
April 12
- Criss, Choky and I went to Raye’s place for a sleepover (we didn’t really sleep. Sumunod si Gem nung umaga.
April 13
- Rode a taxi to Partas bust terminal in Cubao. Ate lugaw and burger in the canteens nearby.
- The bus left at around 7AM. Naka-tatlong bust stop… Sa Tarlac, Pangasinan at Pangasinan? Hahaha
- Dumating kami sa San Fernando ng 2PM
- Tapos kumain sa Halo-Halo de Iloko Balay.
- Then pumunta na sa Costa Villa Resort
- We inspected the place then went to the beach for pictures…
- Nagtampisaw from sunset to sundown hahaha
- Tapos bumili sila ng dinner, naiwan kami ni Criss sa villa.
- Then nagmix si Mega ng drink
- Nagpunta sa may kubo sa may beach para uminom…habang naglalaro ng heart attack. Haha
- May tinuro din si Gem na bagong card game… Di ko alam pangalan.
- Nauna na kami bumalik sa villa…
- Pagdating nila ang ingay nila hahaha nag-jamming si drunk Renzo at Drunk Gem kasama ang drunk interns: Mega, Raye, and Cam
- Nakatulog ako sa pagkanta nila. Haha
April 14
- Pagkagising ko 9AM na. Tapos lahat sila tulog pa rin.
- Pumunta kami sa bayan para magbreakfast…sa Jollibee. Hahaha
- Nandun na si Mayi at Gorbie pagdating namin…
- Shortly after, dumating na rin si James! Surprise yun! Yay!
- After eating, nag-grocery kami ng makakakain for dinner.
- Tapos dinala kami ni Choky sa ‘The Road’ sa may Bacnotan.
- After that, umuwi na kami tapos nag-surf for an hour. Hati kami ni Criss sa one hour. Isang beses lang ako naka-ride ng maganda. Si Criss lahat ng ride, maayos. AMAZING! Haha
- Tapos swim-swim ulit and HOHOL sa may shore.
- Come dinner time, nag-ihaw sila Gorbie, Mayi at Cam ng liempo na sobrang anghang. At hotdog para kay Renzo na di kumakain ng pork.
- Meron ding kamatis. Hehe
- After dinner, nag-bonfire(?) kami sa may beach. Nag-ihaw ng marshmallows. Tapos picture picture. Stargazing and tawanan.
- Pagkauwi sa villa, nag-Pinoy henyo ulit kami then charades na sobrang saya at ingay dahil kay Choky.
- Nung nagkapaguran na around 2AM nagsitulog na kami.
April 15
- Around 5AM ginising na ako ni Criss kasi sasama ako sa paghatid sa kanya ni Choky sa terminal.
- Ang ganda ng sunrise!!!! Ibang iba sa sunrise dito sa south. Haha
- Pagkauwi namin sa villa, ginising na namin yung iba para makapag-morning swim kami.
- Nauna ako sa may beach at sangkatutak na self-timer photos ang kinuha ko. Haha
- Sumunod sila shortly after. Tapos walang katapusang dagat ang ni-ride namin Ang saya kapag malalaking waves yung sinasalubong namin.
- After nun.. nagwash up na kami at naligo.
- Brunch sa Halo-halo de Iloko ulit. Nilibre ulit kami ni Choky.. ng empanadados naman.
- Then off to the bus terminal at around 1PM
- 8PM dating namin sa Manila
THANK YOU LORD TALAGA SA NAPAKASAYANG WEEKEND! What a great way to end my week last week and to start this week. (Last week, I got hired as a copy writer in an ad agency, so this week is sort of my ‘last’ summer vacation)
Seashells belong to the sea.
I’ve stopped collecting/picking seashells since I’ve read that phrase. Now, I just take pictures of them. I should make a seashell themed artwork soon. Haha
I want my grandchildren to see them in a beach, not in a glass container.
Let’s preserve our beaches. :)
